The role 👀

This is our first dedicated sales hire, and we're looking for someone who understands what that means.

You won't be handed a playbook and told to execute it. You'll help build it. You'll sell alongside our CEO for the first 3–6 months, learn the positioning deeply, and progressively own the full sales function. The destination for the right person is Head of Growth, with the comp, title, and influence that comes with it.

What makes this different from most AE roles:

You have an AI SDR working for you from day one. We run internal AI agents that handle prospecting, list enrichment, and outreach at a scale no human SDR team can match. Your job is to take warm, qualified conversations and close them, not spend half your day doing manual research.

You have a pipeline to manage from Day 1. We have 47+ inbound leads per month from our Clay partner network and referrals. You're not starting from zero.

You're selling something real. We work with post-PMF SaaS companies that already recognize the value of what we offer. The conversation is about fit and execution, not convincing someone that outbound works.

Full-time remote, US EST hours (with partial PST overlap).
