The role

This isn't a traditional SDR/BDR role.

As an AI-native BDR/SDR, you'll close our warm leads, run multichannel sequences, and convert engaged accounts into booked demos. You'll do this with AI agents working alongside you, and a GTM Engineer in your corner on the technical and scaled side.

We run multiple GTM motions. You'll plug into all of them:

  1. Tier 1 motion. Our highest-priority accounts: prospects engaged with our ads, inbound funnel, content, or those who fell out of our funnel before booking. You work these accounts directly with authentic, multi-step, multichannel outreach. Cold calls, LinkedIn voice notes, email, and video. Whatever it takes to get a real conversation.
  2. Programmatic outbound motion. A high-volume layer built and scaled by our GTM Engineer, running on our outbound AI agent. You'll iterate on it, run experiments, and improve the conversion.
  3. Multi-channel motion. Differentiated, medium-priority accounts that sit between the top accounts and lower-priority accounts are handled separately by the GTM Engineer.

Your job is to bring high-quality consultative selling to Tier 1, keep our inbound funnel converting at the highest rate possible, and use our AI agents to do the work of 2 to 3 traditional SDRs.

You'll directly support the founders in the first 4 to 5 months. If we're a long-term fit, the path to AE is real.

Full-time remote in EST hours.
