This is a full-time remote role working US EST hours.

The Role

This is our first dedicated sales hire. You will own the full revenue cycle: qualifying inbound leads from our partner network and referrals, running outbound to ideal prospects, leading discovery and proposal calls with VP Sales and CRO buyers, and closing new retainer clients.

You will sell alongside our CEO for the first 3-6 months, then progressively take over the full sales function. This is a path to Head of Sales for the right person.

What You Will Do

• Manage and qualify 47+ inbound leads per month
• Collaborate with our GTM engineering team on outbound prospecting and manage leads
• Lead discovery calls with VP Sales, CRO, and RevOps leaders
• Understand prospect challenges and structure tailored proposals
• Manage pipeline in HubSpot with discipline and clear forecasting
• Close $3-$18k/mo retainer deals with a 3-5 week sales cycle
• Help build and refine our sales playbook, offers, templates, and processes
• Work closely with our GTM Engineering team to build outbound strategies
• Help refine sales playbooks, offers, and messaging
• Continuously improve the sales process as we scale
