What you will be doing
- Act as the primary point of contact for all client communication and ensuring high responsiveness and quick resolutions
- Lead weekly check-ins to provide updates, gather feedback, and brainstorm growth strategies
- Continously improve our Talk Tracks and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Build strong relationships and referral culture where satisfied clients are eager to share their positive experiences.
- Develop and execute effective cold email strategies (A/B testing, craft crispy email copies, following industry best practices, refresh email copies etc)
- Develop the Growth Today brand: we expect our employees to be content creators. We’ll help you get started but we expect you to write content on LinkedIn at least twice per week.
