We’re now hiring a results-driven, relationship-first operator to manage outbound strategy and client communication across our international portfolio.
This is a full-time, remote role working EU/US EST hours. (M-F 8am-5pm US EST)
What you'll do ✨
- Own all client communication: be the go-to person, respond quickly, and follow through on action items
- Lead weekly check-ins: give updates, gather feedback, and report results
- Identify, evaluate, and test new campaign angles and niches to increase positive replies
- Manage the strategy and execution of Email and LinkedIn outreach (A/B testing, craft crispy email copies, review deliverability, refresh email copies, etc)
- Evaluate campaign performance and proactively make suggestions to hit KPIs
- Live in our project management tool and Slack daily to project manage the client and our GTM engineers to keep deliverables on track to increase the ROI of GTM campaigns.
- Build strong relationships and a referral culture where satisfied clients are eager to share their positive experiences.
- Develop the Growth Today brand: Post content a minimum of twice a week on LinkedIn. We’ll help you get started.
What Makes You A Fit ❤️🔥
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Marketing, Sales, or GTM
- Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist, Clay, Instantly Apollo, Hubspot, Salesforce, and the latest AI Sales tools
- Highly resourceful team player who can roll up the sleeves, project manage clients/internal team members, meet the deadlines, and follow through on commitments
- Proven ability to write strong cold emails, and know what gets replies
- Strong communication skills in verbal and written English
