The role
This isn't a campaign execution role.
As a GTM Engineer, you'll be building the AI-native architecture, helping B2B companies that map their TAM, build CRM infrastructure, orchestrate inbound funnels, and execute outbound plays, their ABM motion, or a lead scoring model that feeds directly into an AE's workflow, a trigger-based follow-up system, or a full account intelligence layer.
Your job is to systematize and amplify their current motion with your commercial expertise and AI-native skillset.
You’ll have a direct impact on how the business runs. Your scope will evolve based on your skills, interests, and company priorities.
Full-time remote in EST hours.
What you'll do
- Strategy
- Consult clients on which outbound plays, tools to use based on their budget, their challenges, and their GTM motion. Creativity and consultative commercial acumen are key.
- List Building
- TAM Mapping: Create ICP models based on firmographics, technographics, and signals
- Signal Tracking: Track 1st-3rd-party signals based on commercial relevance
- Contact Sourcing: Identify decision makers, champions, and users to reach out to.
- Data Orchestration
- AI Account Enrichment: Deep account research to automate manual human research through Claude, Clay, and Apollo
- AI Workflow Automation: Create workflows to automate time-consuming tasks
- Engagement Scoring: Prioritize accounts based on readiness and engagement levels to support their ABM motion
- AI-assisted Sales execution: build models that help AEs prioritize, prep for calls, and know exactly who to reach out to and when.
- GTM orchestration: connect signals, scoring, enrichment, sequences, and CRM into one coherent motion rather than a collection of scattered Clay tables.
- Copywriting
- AI-assisted authentic copywriting: use LLMs and Clay to write personalized outbound that is perceived as authentic, like it was written by a human who did their research.
- Communication
- Client Communication: Lead weekly client calls, maintaining the highest level of professionalism and consultative approach.
- Project Management: Collaborate in Asana & Slack and keep yourself effective
- Internal Claude Skills: Contribute to our Notion SOPs, Claude skills, and internal knowledge-sharing
- Reporting: Analyze results and iterate based on clients’ feedback.
- Be the credible advisor. Pressure-test the brief. Bring Plan B with the blocker. Frame trade-offs as if you were part of their team.
