We’ve grown into a global team supporting YC startups and Series B–C companies, and we’re continuing to scale quickly.
We’re now hiring a GTM Engineer to help build and run these systems — working heavily with Clay, outbound experimentation, and GTM automation.
This is a full-time remote role working EU / US EST hours.
This role is ideal for someone who wants to move beyond executing campaigns and instead build, own, and scale GTM systems, with the opportunity to grow into a Senior GTM Engineer or Team Lead as we continue scaling.
What you'll do ✨
- Oversee inboxes & deliverability with our internal Sales Ops team: calculate sending capacity, and work with Sales Ops to coordinate our automation scripts that manage daily cold email and warmup settings, monitor performance, and proactively act on next steps if something goes wrong.
- Craft messaging for outbound/inbound campaigns using AI and best practices that drive replies
- Build a prospecting & list-building workflow and automation (TAM) combining multiple data sources to build high-intent account and contact lists
- Live in Clay daily to utilize data scraping, AI, enrichment, and campaign orchestration to increase the ROI of GTM campaigns.
- Manage the execution of Email and LinkedIn outreach (A/B testing, craft crispy email copies, review deliverability, refresh email copies, etc)
- Work closely with CSMs and update inputs to evaluate campaign performance, identify new angles/niches, and recommend optimizations to hit KPIs, increase positive response rates
- Communicate with clients and follow through to get things done
- Provide updates for weekly check-ins, create reports to showcase progress and results
- Stay on top of project management: update deliverables, track timelines, and ship high-quality work
- Develop your own personal brand and contribute to Growth Today’s brand: Post content a minimum of twice a week on LinkedIn. We’ll help you get started.
- Work with Internal BizOps to build playbooks/automation to streamline repetitive tasks and to improve our effectiveness in campaign builds
